Question for Diddy Kong Racing

I am on Adventure 2 with 38 balloons, all the pieces of both amulets, all 4 keys, and I beat Wizpig. But I cannot find the 39th balloon in order to race the first track of Future Fun Land. Now DO NOT say I need to get the hidden balloons around the island because I am 110% certain that I got all of them, without a doubt. THOSE ARE NOT WHAT I'm MISSING! Please help

Did you beat all elephant challenges this must be what are you missing beat all 3 challenges.

If you have both amulets and all four secret balloons, that leaves the three balloons you get from Taj's challenges. Try replaying those in case you forgot one.
