I'm stuck in Clang's liar. When I get up to the lever and jump up to it it doesn't pull down. Also, I've never seen any blue lights in this level. What do I do?!

Might be a problem with your rom man. I am having the same issue. Can't see any responses. I'm trying to google it. I am going to try replacing the file and hoping I can call my saves from this file... Eh. I doubt it. Maybe.
