When you finish the mission the cats give you,wich is get the 100 dollars inside there huge safe.When you exit that safe the dog fish outside is going to get loose and he start chasing you and eat all of the cat fish.So,you know that aroun the 300 wich I suppose are in a hole on that wall there is a bridge so when the loose dog chases you to the bridge and start destroying the bridge when chasing after you he reaches the land and crash in the wall under that hole wich is the money.When this happens he will die there with his head inside the wall,know jump on the dog and then hold-z and jump to the money.Hope this helps.
