To get to Freezeezy Peak, you must have collected at least 260 notes (to get past the Note Door near Bubblegloop Swamp). The puzzle to be filled in is in a chamber accessible through a conduit to the rear of the Bubblegloop Swamp foyer. To get to this puzzle, you will need to either use the Wading Boots found in a wooden pipe near the entrance to the foyer (across from Brentilda) or transform into a crocodile in Bubblegloop Swamp proper. You need 8 Jiggies to fill the puzzle.
