So go back to the one guy you gave items to he will be gone now walk in the door jump on the roof using the boxes jump over to the next roof walk through the door talk to the man he will give you a red stone and the closer you get to the ruins the more rapid it will blink when you are there put the stone into the rock and the ruins will appear.
