Building a prescool
To build a preschool all you have to do is get a job as a teacher. Than go to a empty lot and press the button that says preschool.

Get a career as a teacher (for more of a pay rise, play with another Sim's kid or if you have had one of your own play with it to raise your parenting skill level)and then follow the prompts. Later, one of your Sim's wishes will be to build a preschool. Just go to that blank space in town with only a sign and it will say,'build a preschool'. Accept it and voila![b][/b]
