If you adhere to this outline, striving for a Perfect 5 Star rating, you will Reap The Highest Benefits, for That Is How you get the BONUSES to kick in !
Currently I am maintaining a high 4.5Percent Bonus ... And this does require occasional 'adjustments'. In my Buying Strategies.
Just wondering if anyone here has reached a perfect 5Percent ?
