Type (witout the quotes) the following phrases in 'Global' or 'Aliance' chat to change the weather to the corresponding. Once the phrase has been posted simply exit the chat screen and return to the game.

Raining in your City:

Type 'A storm is brewing'

Stop the Rain in your City:

Type 'No more rain'
