I accidentaly deleted game from my iPad and now when I get it back I don't know how to get to my old account because it shows that I need to make new account. Is it any way I can have it back?

Yes. Go through the tutorial again. When the "new city" is built, go to settings. Select "Already have user ID". Type in the email address you registered with & then the password. Press enter. Your old account will instantly reload. If you never registered your account, there is no known possible way to retrieve your game account. It's important to register.
