Invite your spouse to your place. You can ask them to move in under the either the nice or romantic category. Then you can have babies and whatnot

You have to have a good relationship with your spouse and then call them over with the wall phone if it say invitation rejected try a different time when you get your spouse to come over you go to actions and if it dosent say ask to move in get a better relationship

How do you get more than one sim to move in ? Is that possible?

You never can!! You have to click on actions and it will say " Ask to move in "
