In your teacher job all you have to do is go to an empty lot on the map and click on it and there will be an option to build a pe school this also works with the nightclub

WheN you become a teacher you will have a wish that will ask people for donations to build a preschool then when you get 5 donations go to the town map and click on a clear lot and press build a preschool

1st you will havto look after your baby cuddle and entertaine it each time you do so a blue beaker thing will appear at the top of your head you havto fill the beaker and you will become higher levels in parenting.2nd you will need to become a preschool teacher in the parenting skill.3rd you will need to be nice to other sims when you are friends with other sims you can ask them for donations.4th click on an empty lot and click build pre school.

You need to befriend 5 people . After you are friends , choose talk and ask for donation . If you get a plus , you got a donation. You need to get 5 donations. After you get them , there are spaces to build preschools: there is one next to the supermarket and one next to your home . Tap on either one of them and select build preschool .

You have to ask 5 sims for donation and go to the empty lot and it says walk to it or build a preschool
