Make sure enough people have signed the night club petition(click chat then ask to sign nightclub petition) after that find an empty lot tap it then press build nightclub

you press ‘talk about’ and it should say something like “ask to sign nightclub petition”

My sims will not work on my iPad. I can make my person but then it dose not let me do anything when I press the done button it does nothing
