You can't.. NBA2k forgot about that...
To be completely honest, I traded for it. I had to play around with the salary cap but this is what I ended up with. PG Derrick Rose: for his speed and 3 point shooting. SG Dewayne Wade: also for speed and 3 point shooting. SF Lebron James: for dunks and 3 point shooting. PF Chris Bosh: for rebounding. For my center, I converted Blake Griffin into a center. If you do this, you will lose many tip-offs, but his speed in this game is hard to contend with for centers. So he will draw a few fouls or get a ton of rebounding.
Just create a team with all the dream team members and there is a us logo design so yeah but you have to play all the greatest hits to unlock all the dream team players
My line up would be
Westbrook for his shoot and speed
Kobe or ganboli they got a great shot
Lebron for his shot and defense
Durant same a lebron
Cousin he's a good player around the rim and pretty althletic
