Yes, you can surely find Redstone but the problem is that, it doesn't give us anything when broken, sorry!

As of MCPE 0.8.0, Redstone can be mined and it drops 4 Redstone Dust. Unfortunaltley, Redstone is only used in making Powered Rails(Also in 0.8.0.). Hope this helps!
