Sheep, don't respawn. You have to kill another for wool or breed them with wheat

I only had one sheep so I couldnt make a bed /: is there a way I could get 1 more block of wool?

Don't kill the sheep, find iron and make sheers. Then equip the shears click and hold on the sheep, and you will get 1-3 blocks of wool without killing the sheep. The sheep will regrow it's wool.

I don't know but if you run out of sheep to kill then you should kill some spiders they drop string which can be crafted into wool.
