Help about stalker

I had a member, kicked out cause of rudeness to members and me. It has been almost 3 weeks, stealing food, trees, boat,etc.. SHE has been using tommy and never ask for help. For this .. I'm stuck. What can I do? I reported her many times, she is still there on on my last helper list and she has ME. Help!!!!

Please help me this boy has been followings us for weeks now we kick him out of me and my friends neighborhood bu to he comes back every time and it's sometimes twice a day he is extremely rude and has harassed us multiple times now we even went as far as giving him our own neighborhood and going to a new one and he found us and followed us there too I don't not want wamt have to change ours names make a new neighborhood and make it invite only please help us
