How can I get the items I put for sale in the roadside shop returned to my barn?

I don't think you can. Even if you use a diamond to cancel the sale the items don't get returned to you. Ridiculous of the developers because why would you use Diamonds to lose out on a sale?

It doesn't work I just tried it because my son put 10 bolts up for sale and I tried to use the diamonds to get them back no luck so I lost diamonds and $2400. I agree that it is very ridiculous of the developers! Sucks

I agree as well, I tried to removed something that I placed on sale I thought delateting will be returning the items back inside the barn, but then nothing happen I just lost diamond.

I just did the same thing, I put 10 bolts up for sale and lost out on 2700 and 2 gems which is bullshit

You get at least 2 or three times though it shouldn't die after the first harvestsapphireoceans answered:
You can't.. Unless you have farm friends that you can communicate with quickly, and ask them to go buy the item for you from your stall, and then sell it back to you. If you use the game feature that costs a diamond, you won't get the items back, you'll just trash the sale and the items will go in the garbage, not back into your barn.

The developer seriously needs to make changes to trash feature in the Roadside Shop. You shouldn't be using Diamonds to trash an item. It should be used to recapture the items for sale!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree too. It is completely illogical. Tou should have at least 1 chance of recovery as I dont believe for a minute that I am the only player to add an item and accidently press the wrong tab. Feel really gutted at just having lost 8 maps. Come on developers, fix this. I was a developer myself and would never have put this one in.

I agree . It doesn’t make sense to lose a diamond and not getting back the items to barn/silo. Such a no brainer act indeedGuest answered:
Yes, just lost a load of Coins trying to recover 10 rolls of tape my son put up for sale - assumed was recovering to the barn. Totally ridiculous and illogical!! No sense in such functionality.

Agree!!!! I accidentally put the shovels on sale then I tried to get it back but instead I lost a diamond and lost the items also:( really sucks I was hoping to get back my item but it was a 2x loss I'm so mad:(

Putting things in the store is a way to make space available in a silo / barn. It makes sense to prevent 'returns' back to the silo / barn because that would artificially increase the amount of storage space available.

Totally Totally Agree! How ridiculous to charge 1 precious diamond to throw away your precious products. If they want to regulate it, make it so that you cannot trash/retrieve more than 3 or 5 sales per day or something like that.... A time or two you will slip and put things up for sale by mistake, especially players on smaller devices or who have younger kids who like to play around with your device.

I JUST LOST 2 BOARDS TO UPGRADE MY SILO. AND A DIAMOND IN THE ROADSIDE SHOP. I AM SO PEED OFF. I FEEL LIKE DELETING THE GAME. 😂Guest answered:
It's so stupid that you can't get your items back! I just accidentally put up 10 diamond rings for sale at recommended price, and I tried to get them back by spending a diamond, but now I lost a diamond and STILL didn't get them back. There goes that diamond AND about 5,000 Coins just because the developers didn't think it through. Argh!

If you are part of a neighborhood, ask one of the other members to buy it from your shop and sell it back to you. I do that because there is no other way
