My trees - original not bought are all turning black. I'm very concerned what can I do?

This is part of the game play. If you hold down on the tree or bush you will be given 2 options:
1. Cut it down
2. Ask for help
Choose the second option if it is there, if not the tree is dead as they only produce fruit 3/4 times before dying. This is the same for the berry bushes
