I go to his club, stand a little further with a sniper till it is 9:30, then just wait for him to come out and try to kill him with the first shot. It worked for me!

I waited outside his house blocking the gateway with vans ... When he arrived with his car I used grenades to blow his car up... Sayonara Salvatore

I did a drive by as he got out of the club. Enough bullets kill anything
