How do I finish the marked man mission where I need to help ray escape to the airport on the other island but I can't use the bridge kos there are surveillence cameras on the bridge. I tried taking him by boat but he either falls in the water or there is a blocked where I ant go any further?????

Drive to the hospital and go into the subway head to wards shore side drive carefully stop at the first station head up the left platform and drive to the blue marker then drive to the lock up

Another way (but it takes longer) is to drive to Portland through that bridge (it's not under surveillance and then use the underground roads to drive to the third island and then into the airport

Take THE tunnel on THE middel island keep taking THE left turn

I didn't know about the car tunnel until after the mission. So I drove a "Ferrari" in the subway tunnel instead. Just keep to the left of the subway tunnel and you will end up at the airport. There are no cars to dodge but you do have to drive up and down the stairs.

You take the underground tunnel to the airport and then he willl give you the keys to a lockup with some guns money and a bulletproof patriot

Another way is get a tank and drive over the bridge you won't blow up because the tank can't but be quick about it the tank isn't very fast

Get a tank. Drive across the bridge in your indestructible tank, let nothing get in your way, and finish the mission. Then put the tank In the garage, and collect the bullet proof patriot. Put that in your garage too then save the game.
