Sometimes I order a product/merchandise, but when it shows READY, I want to place it in te store, for some reason it doesn't let me even pick it up. When I click on it, it's like I'm clicking on the furniture or something. Please help because I don't know what to do then. After it is ready and doesn't let me pick it up. It shows expired.

It also happens to me sometimes, and what I do, in my iPad, I close the app and press the home button twice and close the app ver there too and then I opened again and it's normal
