Let me guess your new.... Well those are basic. Things to know so I will answer them! You add neighbors by going to social in the menu and click on invite friends. Then type their storm 8 ID (if you don't know what that is it is the code that everyone has. You get to pick your own. You will find the link to where you create your storm ID by the invite friends) after you type it in you are not neighbors yet just wait until they accept your neighbor request! You expand by press expand at the edge of your store. Then pay the money and you will expand. To get gems you will have to buy them or order a lot of clothes! Hope this helped! Good luck!
