There is a green icon that shows above my customers head, and they leave because I don't have it. But what is it?

They are either looking for a mirror or a fitting room. If there is not one close by or no fitting rooms are open, they will get mad and leave.
Look at the icon, it is usually a clock, mirror, or dressing room. If it's a clock, then you need to place a clock closer to your door. If it's a mirror or dressing room. Please watch the customers and what area they are leaving from. Put the item that they are looking for whether it's a mirror or Dressing room in that area to satisfy them.
They're merely waiting for either dressing room or mirror to be unoccupied, if there are too many costumers queued for a specific item, after few seconds, they will have broken heart bubbles on their head and then leave.
