How do you add people so you can have neighbors and what is the mostyou can have

You add neighbors by going to the main menu, then go to the "social" tab and then the "invite friends" tab. Type in a name as your (storm8) ID and if you have friends playing the game, type in their storm8 ID and hit "invite." Otherwise, in the social tab go to "community" and you can visit other players' stores and request that they add you - or note their name and add them. I'm not sure what the max is, but you do need more neighbors to expand your store.
Where I can report a neighbor ? She might post on my wall not good words
