Kick Out The inactived leader

My clan leader have a problem to log in because he forgot the google mail password and cannot log in.he has start the new coc and join back the old clan.I am the co.leader,he asked me to kick out his old clan.but the co leader cannot kick out the leader.how to kick out the leader?

You can't kick the leader so I don't know just join a new clan and tell the guy you can't kick him because he is leader - from a fellow clash of Clans player
