Keep challenging on multiplayer for more money and for Gems buy it or keep comleteing the task and then you will probable get to 500 in no time

To get more Builders Huts you need to save your Gems and collect lots of them - to do this you have to complete the achievements which you can access by clicking on the clanperson on the left of the game screen.
Don't forget to click 'Claim Reward' in this menu to collect your Gems! Then, once you have enough, you can purchase more Builders Huts at the top of the screen.
