Position is bad you can change in line up or position. Only thing that matters is out or in field

It means your player is out of position. His stats will decrease if he's an outfielder, playing an infielder spot. Hope that's helps you

It means they are the wrong position. Change them to a different position and they should not be red.

Yeah that's bad. It means they're playing the erring -field, like an outfielder in infield and this decreases their abilities a lot. Just switch them based on where they play as seen in their player info.

The players in red are outfielders the ones in green are infielders. If you sub an outfldr for an infldr then the players name will appear in red because that player cannot play that position well, and vice versa. Make sure you sub outfld for outfld and infld for inflders.
