An item is still locked even when I get a goal to buy it.
Sometimes when I get a goal to buy a certain thing like a chair/counter/oven, it says it's still locked by a goal when I go to buy it. Why is that?!

I suppose that you have too many chairs, counters, and ovens. If you want to get more, try selecting an item, storing it, then it will give you the chance to get another item of the same kind, if that doesnt work, try selling the item and getting a new one. If you don't want to continue repeating this, you will have to level up more.

It's possible that you have not yet completed a quest to unlock that goal item. Sometimes we're given a bunch of quests at a time to complete, and one quest depends on the other. If an item is still locked, it will tell you what quest/goal you need to complete before you can unlock it.
