I just got a new phone and wanted to do the same, and I was able to fairly easily. What I did was email TeamLava and told them that I had bought a new phone and wanted to transfer accounts, and they gave me steps to translate my bakery. They first want you to create an account on your new device, make sure you have a different Storm 8 ID on your new device than your old one. I recommend emailing them before you do any of this because it sometime takes a few days for them to reply, but they do send you confirmation email to verify that any of your emails were sent. After you receive a confirmation email, they will email you back with certain questions/steps to fill out. They might be similar to these: your old storm 8 ID and the new one, along with the type of game (Bakery Story) and the amount of gems and cash you have. Make sure all of your spelling is correct, because I misspelled one of my IDs and it took them awhile to find my account. Hope this helps! Also, I highly recommend saving all of your email that you sent to TeamLava until you bakery is completely transferred.
