I don't think it is possible to get rid of pending invites. I've tried and nothing seems to work, however don't let this bother you, you can have up to 2,000 neighbors.

I cannot do this and I often get a message saying I have reached my maximum friend request amount. Some of the people on their haven't accepted or denied my request in a VERY long time. Please write on my wall on bakery story and add me
