To add neighbors you tap on the blue telephone, at top of screen.Then under community there is a list of members...VISIT any of them and post your STORM8 ID on their wall...they can add you that way..some people post their ID on your wall..you can add them by going into the same telephone icon and under INVITE FRIENDS..add their storm8 id..

Invite a bunch of friends to be your neighbors then request parts from the management screen of the ice-cream maker. Very simple and quick with the right amount of neighbors!
