My bakery story is frozen. How can I fix it?

I had the same problem so many times I tried every thing, backing out, going to setting. Until my friend showed me how to reboot my iPod. Now I know you think that will restart every thing and erase every thing too, but it won't!!!! When I went back on bakery story nothing was frozen after a couple of go's at it. It never froze up again for me. The way to shut down to save power/ reboot ( same thing ) just hold down the power button on your iPod. I think it is the same thing for the android but I do not know. I am sorry if I could not help!

If your bakery story becomes frozen on an ipod, iphone, or ipad, exit the app so that you are on your home screen, then double click the button on the ipad/pod/phone, so that it opens multitask. This is where it shows all of the apps that are open at the time. Hold down one of the apps until it starts shaking and shows the X (delete) symbol, and delete bakery story. This does not delete the app from your phone, it just exits it completely. Then you can go back to your normal screen and click on bakery story again, and it won't be frozen! (exiting all of the apps in multitask also makes your battery last longer!)
