Well, you have to delete the bakery and and it will ask you if you want to delete it you put yes then it will ask you if you want to keep it in game center and you will say no and then you just download the bakery again

I think it is almost impossible to restart this game. I tried to delete the app and get it back but sadly it didn't work. I wish they would let you and I feel the same with clash of clans. But the makers don't see why we would want to do this.
