When you first enter the game it will offer you 6 free gems if you buy that game. Click OK then play for a minute. After this you can delete the game but keep the gems.:-).

In addition to downloading additional apps for 6 gems you can earn gems within the game by completing recipes, there are bars with a number 1-4 at the right under that recipe you select to bake. Each time you bake the bar fills in, when you complete a bar it says you have become a apprentice or senior baker or even master. When you complete just 2 bars you earn a bonus of 20,000 coins and a gem. Hope this helps

Well those don't work . But if you play and play an ad will come up and klick install after that it give you 10 gems

Well it doesnt really work that well because it will only pop up like once 2 weeks then you can only get 6 gems in only a few weeks so it doesnt really help... :(
