Visit someone's bakery, by going to "social" on the main menu and selecting community, and picking a bakery. In the top left corner there should be an icon with a pencil that says "WALL". Click on that and write in the text box, "Please add me 'your storm ID' (example: iash2 (that's me)). Or something like that. If you don't already have a storm ID, getting one is easy. Go to social on the main menu, select invite friend, and press the sign up button. There, you can create an ID for yourself. Another way to get neighbors is by having them tell you their storm ID. Next you have to go to invite friend, and type their storm ID in the text box. Happy baking!

You can also look at the walls of neighbors or any other player. A lot of people write their ID there and you can also request them as a new neighbor without even visit them before. The higher level a player have the possibility of finding IDs on his or her wall is bigger. You can also poste your ID on your wall, but if there are more postings there it might be not noticed so you have to delete new postings on your wall everyday.

Just text, email, or look on Facebook for neighbors. You could also simply go to your neighbors bakeries or other bakeries and look on their walls for people to invite as a neighbor. Last if someone sends you a neighbor request you can accept it and they will be your neighbor. Another way is to go into other people's walls. Just be sure to include your Storm 8 ID.
