Question for Bakery Story
10 gems disappeared. I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this for me as I have no idea what happened.
I've checked my inventory and don't have anything I accidently purchased with gems. I didn't accidently use them to finish a dish as all of my items are still cooking. I
Anyone have any ideas as to what it can be?

Did you change the name of your bakery?
The same thing happened to me. I had no idea what happened and it turns out that it costs TEN GEMS to change your name.

I changed my bakery name and it happened to me so there's your answer, I agree very stupid thing and waste of money for those who buy the gems.

I guarantee what happened was you were decorating your bakery and ran low on money there is a 10 gem to 20,000 coin conversion if you go to buy something and don't have enough coin this prompt pops up fast if you press ok like I did thinking it will clear the prompt ib takes your gems stupidest thing ever I can make 60,000 coins while I sleep!! :(

Better than me. I made over 60 gems and it disappeared within five minutes, going back to the 12 gems I started with!

I've lost an oven, 20,000 dollars, and many gems. This company has TERRIBLE customer service and flat out refuses to refund any of if, even though it's a glitch on their part. I thinks it's just a scheme to get people to play more. These games are a total waste of time.
