1.start the second episode in the game :

Episode 2:MEAN STREETS

Mission 1:CRUSING FOR LEADS

2.when nick(or the donkey,gangster,or what ever you chose if you did the licence plate cheat) appears in the city, press START and then select city map.

3.on the controller, press the following buttons in order:R,L,control pad up,controle pad right,controle pad left,controle pad down,z(2x),A,Y,X,Y.

4.you should hear a confirmation sound.lIF NOT, do the entire series of buttons again until yuo finally hear the confirmation sound.After you have heard the sound, press the B button to back out and then START to unpause the game.

5. Walk into the garage(and for the all the cars cheat its up,right,down,leftup,a)so the game can save.

6. After it has saved press START.after in the pause menu go to EXIT to the main menu.

7. Select RESUME GAME and chose the plate you were just playing with.it will show the episode bracnching snoop should be in the top left coner of the screen go and click on him.

8. You will be in the "hood" and in his car which has hydrolics.
