I have beat the race but how do you dodge his fireballs and defeat him?

Just double jump them and when he is stunded attack him with close attacks or ariel.You fight him twice second one is easyer when he starts doing the flaming jump pounds[second battle] jump around he'll do a big pound and be stunned.Once he is stunned attack him you still have to dodge fireballs it's really easy but you might die 2 or 1 times good luck.

FINALLY beat him. Time you're jumps to avoid his fireballs so that you jump just after he has thrown the fireball. He will throw two back to back just before his flame goes out. Single jumping is the best way I have found to avoid his fireballs otherwise he will hit you in the air. When you get to the second stage of the combat, in the building, he starts out with one sometimes two fireballs and then starts jumping at you. Just jump and avoid. After 3 attempts of jumping on you he will do his high jump where he lands and the fire erupts from him. Avoid that and move in quickly.. As soon a he starts to smoke at this level GET AWAY as he will grab you and cause A LOT of damage..
