Question for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time / Master Quest

Alright...I've decided to give in. I have to ask because I just can't figure it out. I'm playing Master Quest and I'm stuck, BIG TIME.

I only have 2 barriers left to dispel, the shadow and the light. Now, the lights hallway has a locked door at the end of it which I am guessing I get the key for it in the shadow hallway.

But in the shadow hallway, I can't figure out how to get off the starting platform. There isn't any hidden things besides the moving platform that I could see with the lens of truth.

I've tried using the hover boots to get to each platform with no good results and I even tried stunning the floating head and jumping onto him.

I just fell. Please someone tell me what I am supposed to do, And tell me if there is a key I get in the shadow hallway to use in the light hallway.

When you enter the Shadow Room, Longshot to the Treasure Chest on your left. Shoot the Skull, put on your Hover Boots and light the Torch on the other side with a Fire Arrow. When you do, some platforms will appear - cross them to the bigger one, put on the Lens of Truth and look to the left. Follow the path to a rusted Switch, Hammer it to open the door; go back to the big platform, use the Lens of Truth and follow the other path. There's a Switch below, put on the Hover Boots and go activate it - bingo, there's your Chest - Longshot back to it!!!

Put on the Lens of Truth in the Light Room and destroy all of the enemies to get the Key. In the next room, play Zelda's Lullaby on the Triforce symbol as usual to get this Key. Collect the Silver Rupees and go to the next room - what, where's the Barrier? Use the trusty Lens of Truth and run though the wall...
