Question for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time / Master Quest

In the Forrest Temple on normal Ocarina of Time (not master quest!) I am very confused! I am stuck in the place right after the twisted corridor where that hand thing comes down and tries to grab you. I've already destroyed that blue box thing with song of time but i've only found 1 key down there! I's there another? I need another one! Please help me!

While your at it could you please give me a walkthrough of the rest of the temple!
I'm desperate!

P.S. I also keep these eyes in diamond shaped gold plates on walls. Do they have anything to do with beating the temple? If they do please tell me what I need to get for them to shut there eyes. I've tried hookshot already but it didn't work.

I only know what to do with those eyes.They must get an arrow in them,then they open one of the doors in that chamber.I don't know anything else of that temple.

There should be a door after the hand tries to grab you and you have to beat 2 skeletons to get the bow and arrow.

Do you remember the eyes in the beginning of the game as a kid in the tree and the mountain. Well instead of shooting seeds at them you shoot arrows.
