They are everywhere but I have an unlimited gold skullata cheat.
U need the song of storms, bombs, and a boomerang
1. Go to hyrule castle AS A KID and get through the guards until the tree.
2. Play the song of storms and go down the hole it creates.
3. Blow up the cracks until you get to can see the gold skullata
4. Kill it BUT DONT GET THE TOKEN
5. Stand behind the thing that raises you out of the hole
6. Throw you're boomerang at it and step into the teleporter
7. You should get it
8. Go back down the hole
9. Repeat steps 1-8 as many times as you can a day until you get 100
P.S. I got up to 189 before I got tired and stopped doing it
