After you take that floating Ship - go to the room to the right of getting off the Ship and - inside - use the Lens of Truth to make your way to the first door on the right...
Inside - use Din's Fire to escape being squished - then grab the Boss Key and exit this room...
Now head to the next door on the right - you can get a Gold Skulltula in here and some Rupees if you need them by Bombing the Skulls...
Exit that room and again go to the door on the right to find and kill the Wallmaster to get the Small Key...
Exit the room and go to the right - back to the floating Ship...
To cross to the other side - shoot a Fire Arrow at the group of Bomb Flowers - this will knock the pillar down creating a bridge and your way across...
Cross the valley and go through the door - put on the Hover Boots and activate the Lens of Truth to make your way across the platforms to get to the Boss Door...
Now jump into the creepy hole and kick this drummer�s butt!!!
