Well, I don't know which bottle you already possess, so I'll list all of the bottle locations.

1. At Lon Lon Ranch, as a child, play Talon's Super Cucco game.
If you win, he gives you a bottle full of Lon Lon milk.

2.Kakariko Village, a lady will have lost all of her Cuccos. Help her find them for a bottle.

3.When you have the Silver Scale, go to Lake Hylia and dive underwater near where the passage that leads to Zora's Domain. There should be a message in a bottle near there, so dive down and get it.

4. As an adult, go to where the Poo collector is in what was once Hyrule.
He'll ask for Poos. Get 1000 points, (talk to him for more information), and he'll give you a bottle.
