First-I would do the forest temple. It has something you need in the fire temple there.(the bow)

Second-With the twisted hall, go to the room with the three stalfoses to get the bow.(Second floor, top row of rooms, middle room.)Defeat the two poe sisters in the rooms east and west of the one where you got the bow. Go back through the twisted hall and un-twist it. Go back through the hall once you've un-twisted it. Drop down and get the boss key.

Third-You know you can avoid the fire chasing you by climbing up on something? Do that. And now, this door is possible to jump to. It may not look it, but you can.
