As a playable character, no, you cannot get Giga Bowser. You can fight him in normal or higher difficulty Adventure Mode by going through quickly and not using a continue or in Event Match 51.

You cannot get GigaBowser as a playable charcter. But you can battle him.

Not as a character unless you cheat/glitch. You can get a trophy of him (beat him) and you can fight him (Normal Classic mode), but there are certain requirements (beat Classic 1P Normal in under 7 min., I think it is) to fight him. Oh, and FYI: He's a tough one. At least twice as big as Bowser, has all the same moves only more powerful, oh and he's sweet-looking. Good luck.

With an Action replay and the right codes you can play as him in VS mode, but when the match ends the game freezes.

Giga Bowser can be unlocked through an Action Replay or a Gameshark or any cheating device, but the game will freeze after a match

Yes u can go to Giant Melee and pick Broswer and get a musroom that makes u bigger.
