Question for Super Smash Bros. Melee

I would like to know what else I need to make Celebi appear b/c I have all event matches cleared, all characters, all levels,adventure classic & all-star beaten with eveyone, I have sound test ,and i have 280 trophies and I know 3 of the after battle things I need (lethal weapon, almost out, and celebi) so can you help me on how to get those and tell me what else I need?

Well - the only thing I can tell you is that there is a 1 in 251 chance of Celebi or Mew appearing when a Pokeball is thrown - so - I suggest is PLAYING and throwing EVERY Pokeball that comes your way...

I got Celebi's Trophy and Mew's Trophy before completing everything in the game...
All of the 292 trophies and all of the Bonus Records...
But I did have all of the characters - all of the levels and all of the Event Matches completed!
You just need to keep playing :S

After, gather ALL the hidden elements (stages, characters, event matches [there are 51 of them], and sound test}.

After you do all that Celebi will have a 1/251 chance of appearing when you break a Poke' Ball.

You don't really have to do much. When I got it, it was after I beat my cousin. When the match was over it said "You have encountered Celibi for the first time." I know I really didn't, it just meant that I can now get him to appear.

And I saw him, but I don't have all the trophies. So you don't need them all to see Celibi. Just keep doing either VS matches or 1P mode and you'll get him. (I believe it has something to do with the # of versus matches you played, maybe 251).

I can't help you with lethal weapon or almost out, but I can help you with celebi. First of all, you need 290 trophies ( it does not include the trophies you can only get with a cheat device). Then go to practice and use poke balls until celebi appears. Then finally, go into vs. with a level one bowser. Have only poke balls and throw one. It will be celebi. Win the match and there you go.

First, mew has to appear from a pokeball.

Then you have to just keep on playing and throwing pokeballs until celebi appears.

This has a really low chance of happening.
