I beat giga bowser with Yoshi, but what strategy do you need to beat all of them

Well, taking care of Giga Bowser first is the best thing to do, since he's generally doing the most damage. Ganondorf and Mewtwo are CPUs, so they're stupid enough for you to trick them.
Concentrate on killing off one before the other, as one of them on their own pose little threat. Using a few tactical ideas to seperate the two can give you a few seconds to lay some serious damage on one before the other gets anywhere near you. Just keep trying and you'll be fine.

Ill recommend jigglipuff just use the down B attack and they would die easily probably 2 or more hits
