Ok so I did what most people say to do and beat classic with every charitor including all the unlockables, I made sure I had all them, but, I still didnt get mr game and watch...is there something wrong?

I think you have to beat target mode with every charicter, it's pretty easy to do to, you got the hard part over with.

Beat target test with all characters, thats what you're missing. Get brawl btw.
