To have it you must have an action replay disc.
What that is is a disc that you put in the Gamecube, PS2,or Xbox and it gives you a HUGE list of games for the certain system and when you click on it it gives you a huge list of cheat codes and you click on the ones you want and eventually it will tell you to WITHOUT turning the power off to open the Gamecube and put that game in and you have all of the cheats.
Pretty sweet huh?
