Fight in the Multi Man Melee on the 15 Minute Multi-Man Melee
And Survive for the 15mintues and then he will appear and you
Fight him.

Play as Falco Lombardi:
To unlock Falco Lombardi successfully complete the 100 Man Melee or play 300 versus mode matches.
Play as Gannondorf:
To unlock Ganondorf successfully complete event mode #29 (Triforce
Gathering) or play 600 versues mode matches.
Play as Roy:
To unlock Roy successfully complete the game with Prince Marth in Classic mode or play 900 versus mode matches.
Battlefield stage:
To unlock the Battlefield stage successfully complete All-Star mode.

To unlock Falco, you must defeat all one hundred Wire Frames in the 100 Man Melee. Or you can fight three hundred VS mode matches.

You have to beat one hundread man melee and use donky kong and use his down amd b move and just hold it

Successfully complete the 100 man melee to unlock Falco. Alternately, play 300 versus mode matches.

You are going to need DK to do complete this Special Event. Use DK's Down-B Move while facing the middle of the stage. This move will get rid of most Wire Frames. Then whatever's left, kill them at will. Just beware of how much damage you have taken when you are fighting them.
After defeating all 100 Wire Frames, you will fight Falco and do your best to destroy him.
Now you have unlocked Falco.
